This notice explains what Adminifly Corporate Services does with personal information collected through this website and the MyID platform. It applies to visitors to this site, to company administrators who use the dashboard, and to employees who submit their details for an ID card.
From visitors: when you fill in the enquiry form or start a chat, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you type in the message. We also record the page you were on and your IP address.
From employees: to produce an ID card we collect name, designation, employee ID, department, blood group, emergency contact details and a photograph. Your employer decides which of these fields are required.
Automatically: basic analytics about which pages are visited and for how long. This is aggregate, not tied to a name.
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, prepare a quote and follow up. Nothing more.
Employee details exist for one purpose: to print the ID card your employer ordered. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the production process.
On servers located in India. Access inside the platform is limited to the administrators your company has invited. Our own staff access production data only when needed to fulfil an order or resolve a support request, and that access is logged.
Enquiry records are kept for three years so we have context if you come back to us.
Employee card data is kept for as long as your company keeps its account, because reprints and replacements need it. When a company closes its account, or asks us to delete a batch, we remove both the database records and the stored photographs.
This site uses cookies to keep your session working and to measure which pages are useful. You can decline the analytics cookies from the notice at the bottom of the page; the site will still work. Blocking essential cookies will break forms and the chat widget.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Employees should raise these requests with their company administrator first, since your employer controls the data. If that is not possible, write to us at business@adminifly.com and we will act within thirty days.
We share data with our printing and shipping partners to the extent needed to produce and deliver your cards. They are bound to use it only for that. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Traffic to this site and the platform runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Uploaded files are stored outside the executable path and cannot be run as code. Administrator activity is logged.
If this notice changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
